Roman Polanski finally got arrested for the statuatory rape of 13 year old girl...from 31 years ago. Gee, you think they would have done something sooner! The famous director movies such as Chinatown, The Pianist, and The Tenant was brought into custody in Zurich. Polanski was supposed be receiving a lifetime acheivment award, but on his arrival, was arrested. Switzerland is still debating whether or not to extradite him to the U.S.
The question that has come up as a result of this arrest is what will become of his newest film The Ghost? I wonder this to myself as well. According to IMDB, the film is already in post-production, but will the show still go on? Probably, but not for a while.
