Paul Dano of Little Miss Sunshine fame has joined the cast of the movie Wichita. Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz have already been cast. The movie is about an agent (Tom Cruise) who teams up with an energetic Midwesterner (Cameron Diaz). Paul Dano will play some sort of a mysterious scientist. Wichita seems to be snowballing in terms of buzz and is looking to have some good returns in the box office next year. James Mangold, whose resume ranges from Girl, Interrupted to Kate & Leopold, is set to direct. Wichita will come out on July 2, 2010.
